ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director of Implementation to join our team that oversees the planning and coordination required to implement our CrateOM software solution while interfacing directly with clients and our internal Engineering and Product teams. A great fit for the team is a tech savvy leader with a strong focus on client-centricity and experience within the manufacturing industry.
You will be responsible for managing the complete process of the client’s implementation projects analyzing requirements, making configuration recommendations, identifying, and managing project changes and risks, delivering projects on time and within budget.
