ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us to further develop and shape our open-source database CrateDB.
In this role you will drive the value and viability of our core database and its ecosystem, including drivers and third-party integrations as well as our DBaaS offering.
Your position involves working alongside a team of highly motivated Product Managers to build an amazing experience for our developer community, and working more broadly with marketing, customer & partner success, support, and other stakeholders.
As part of the Product Management at Crate you will constantly have an eye on our competition, investigate our ecosystem to figure out where we want to go next, evaluate analyst reports and collect insights from customers, users and our developer community. You will establish strong connections and trust and use this feedback to contribute to our strategy and product roadmap.
You thrive when working on a product for a technical audience, working with engineers to determine the most important problems and find innovative solutions to those problems. You believe in the open-source movement and the power of the crowd and have a passion for tech culture.
