The ideal candidate will be: Driven by results and defined by excellence, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for a sales target across the DACH region. An experienced closer, who understands both the customer buying process and the sales methodology to be accountable for business growth and target attainment through accurate pipeline management and forecasting. You will work with the leadership team; the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Supported by sales engineers, marketing lead generation, business strategy and enablement, marketing and product team, the ideal candidate is an energetic personality focused on teamwork, fun, and success.

  • Served as leader of a sales organization or technical sales organization
  • Technically oriented with depth or experience directly with cloud/data selling
  • Coming from an IT career background (Microsoft/Amazon/Oracle/Google/Facebook/etc.)
  • Directly hands on with both the company and customers
  • Ability to partner with both BDMs and TDMs
  • Deeply dedicated to cold calling and pipeline creation
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships to ensure growth by leveraging channel partners
  • Demonstrates the discipline and mastery of sales tools/process and relationship management
  • Serve as primary POC for process issues and engagement success throughout account lifecycle
  • We are looking for top-performing sales leaders to join our team
  • 5+ years selling in IT/Manufacturing Tech/IOT/Cloud/ or other similar technical sales
  • Ability to work independently and within a high-performance team
  • Notable track record of success
